ThinkWell Therapy is a growing boutique virtual private practice serving adults throughout Virginia through evidence-based telehealth counseling. We are currently seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Residents in Counseling who are passionate about providing thoughtful, compassionate, and high-quality mental health care.

We value clinicians who are collaborative, emotionally attuned, clinically grounded, and committed to supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions.

Weekly clinical supervision is available for Licensed Residents in Counseling at an hourly rate within a supportive and professional environment focused on clinical growth and development.
